Welcome to the Villaggio Day Spa customer-recognition program designed exclusively for our loyal patrons.  VIP points are awarded in several different ways at Villaggio Day Spa. This unique program is a wonderful way to make your spa experiences even more valuable.

Referral Program

When you refer a client to Villaggio Day Spa, you will receive points that may be converted into dollars at the spa. Your points are good for 12 months from the month in which they were earned. If you do not use them within 12 months, those points will drop off.

For each guest you refer, you will receive 20 points.

Each 1 point accumulated is converted into $1 which may be used towards day spa services or the purchase of gift certificates. Eligibility rules are as follows: the guest being referred must provide our Guest Service Specialist with the referring guest's name at the time of booking, the referred guests must spend at least $25 for a referral reward to be given, referrals may not come from within the same household, the referred guest can not have a history of a visit or purchase with Villaggio, guests of spa parties and gift card recipients are not eligible to be used as referrals.

Frequent Guest Rewards

The staff at Villaggio Day Spa would like to thank all of our guests for trusting us to provide personalized spa services of the highest quality.  For our frequent VIPs, we would like to show our gratitude by offering additional rewards. Each guest who experiences 1 service per week during a 1 month period will receive 20 points or an equivalent service at no charge. It is the responsibility of our guests to track their frequent visits and eligibility.

Several times throughout the year we will offer a "Featured Service" for our guests to enjoy. Schedule this service and receive 20 points.

There are several ways to reward yourself or others when redeeming your valuable points. You may apply all or a portion of your points towards the purchase of spa services, spa packages, and gift certificates. Rewards points are good for 12 months from the month in which they were earned. If you do not use them within 12 months, those points will drop off.  Clients may not redeem points for salon services, medical spa services, or retail products.  When redeeming reward points they may not be combined with any other offer or promotion. VIP points may not be redeemed when paying with Spa Finder gift certificates. Rules may be subject to change. Feel free to refer to your Guest Service Specialist for additional questions.
