Reservations

Reservations are always recommended, and you may make reservations at Villaggio Day Spa up to three months in advance. We ask our guests to guarantee their spa reservation and all spa packages with a gift card or major credit card. All cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to the reservation. Late cancellations and "no show" appointments will be charged the full value of the scheduled services.

Private Parties are arranged through our Event Coordinator and require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid 7 days prior to the scheduled event to prevent cancellation.

For cancellation or rescheduling, please notify us 24 hours in advance to prevent the full charge of services.

Spa Etiquette Guide

We ask that you arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to guarantee that you, and all of our guests, receive timely service.

You are welcome to arrive 15-20 minutes early to enjoy our relaxation area and complimentary beverage bar prior to your scheduled services.

Quiet, please. We request that you please silence your cell phones and pagers before entering Villaggio.

For your convenience and security, we will provide you with a locker and key for use during your visit. However, we do recommend that you leave valuables at home, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Feel free to enjoy our wonderful robes, slippers, and complimentary beverage bar during your visit at Villaggio Day Spa.

Male and female therapists are available. Please inform Guest Services of any preference you may have when you book your appointment.

This is a professional Spa establishment. If at any time a therapist feels a guest is behaving inappropriately, they are authorized to stop the treatment immediately.

To protect our serene environment we ask that you do not bring small children to the Spa. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult in the treatment room and children under 18 years of age must have an adult sign their initial consultation form.

Ask Guest Services for information regarding our Frequent Guest Program. We reward our frequent guests with many benefits.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MC, Discover, & AMEX), cash, and gift certificates.

Gratuities are not included with any of our salon and spa services.

Express Checkout is available to simplify your visit. We will store your payment preference information in your file so you can leave blissfully.
